We perform both fabrication and/or installation for the following
types of work using painted, galvanized, powder coated steel, stainless
steel or aluminum materials:
- Miscellaneous Metals - Complex stairs, handrails, guardrails,
ship’s ladders, caged ladders, platforms, mezzanines, bollards, bumper
rails, brackets or various supports for equipment or piping, embedded
plates or angles, grating or diamond plate or smooth plate trench covers
and roof or floor frames or infills with metal deck, pipe threading.
- Structural Steel - examples columns, beams, in house custom
anchor bolts & threading, loose lintels, bearing plates, fabricated
trusses, girts, perimeter angles or bent plates, channel or tube steel
door or window frames, crane beams with crane rails, steel bar joist
with bridging and metal floor or roof deck

- One plate roller 3/8” x 72” capacity
- One 6” Oster pipe threader
- One 4” Ridged pipe threader
- One Lodge & Shipley lathe 16”x78”
- One Bridgeport Mill
- One 100 ton Press
- Two overhead bridge cranes 5 ton
- One 5,000 # fork truck
- One C6500 delivery truck with knuckle boom (8’x20’ bed 8,000# capacity)
- Welding processes SMAW, FCAW, MIG & TIG

In the shop and field we employ AWS and NYS certified welders.
