Spencer Wright, President/Co-Owner

Mr. Wright began his career with Bereza Iron Works in 2008.  During his career with Bereza he has been a fabricator, draftsman, estimator, project manager, safety director and welding quality control manager.  He has an Associate’s degree in Welding Technology from SUNY Alfred State.

Richard Gratton, CEO/Co-Owner

Mr. Gratton began his career with Bereza Iron Works in 2006.  He was formerly a field foreman before moving into the office.
